How to Change blogger
template Or Upload Custom template
Log in to your blogger account
Select the blog which you want to edit
From left pan click on Template as shown in above image.
You will find one button on top rite cornet name
Backup/Restore click on that.
Then Click on browse button and select template which you
want then click on Upload button.

uploaded new template.
