The best software to clean junk files from your computer is Disk Cleanup . which come with windows by default.( Cause windows knows better than other , that were its create temp files :p)
Go To
1) Start > All Programs > Accessories> System tools > Disk Cleanup
2) Select System drive (C:) then click OK. Software will search for junk files.
