Following are the steps to remove the common viruses from your system.

If your system infected with w32.rontokbro@mm which disabled the folder option from tools menu.

To enable folder option from registry, Navigate to following registry key

NoFolderOptions = 1 For hide folder option

NoFolderOptions = 0 Show folder option

It can be also done by using group policy editor

Expand User configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows components > Windows Explorer

In rite pan find the setting "Remove folder option menu from tools menu"

Click on enable to remove folder option , click on disable to show folder option in tools menu , by default its not configure that mean, it will show Folder Option Menu.

Still not able to fix it then follow the following steps

If you are not able to open registry editor or group policy editor (Your system administrator disabled registry editing tools / group policy editing tools ) , that mean the virus is still in your system and its preventing you to make changes to registry and group policy editing.Then.

Download the MWAV.exe from trend micro site. Click Here to download

If possible turn on computer in safe mode , run the mwav.exe and choose option Scan&Clean
